mine happened at 3:00 ...watched the employees clean up and leave ....thats when they decided to turn the lights off....we had a group of about 10 people along with the salesman that had sold me my unit on a tour that had been scheduled for several weeks

not ALL brands use the same ladders ....there are better alternatives being used - - - Updated - - - gotta a feeling most of us weigh more than that...what do we do .... get our kids to do it for us

i walked around our RV park and looked at all 17 HEARTLAND products .....everyone of them had bent down stanchions....i only use my ladder to hang a cloths drying rack to it ....

iam having the same problem....i had it open and was cleaning it when it came off .....tried numerous times to get it in the track....we stopped opening it...mine is the window in the bedroom

my 3585 is leaking in the same area...i have been on a ladder in the rain many times and found some water is getting behind the seal in that corner . the seals seem tight but the bedroom seal is slightly smaller than the living room seal even tho they are almost the same length.(15'vs. 13')...

lucky to find it ...good luck with the LEDs mine started burning out after about 10 hours of use.

when my sink fell out i not only found the lack of clips but in addition was a strip of wood about 3/8"thick glued to the underside of the counter on the faucet side . the screws they used to attach the clips to it were longer than the thickness of wood so it broke the glue bond to the counter...

i have a 2014 3585 in florida we use 6 months during the winter was bought in elkhart and taken to a campground in daytona so it has 1200 miles on it. we have had to the fix the dinning chairs 3\8" particle board bottoms...most of the upper cabinet hinges have had to be repaired the fasteners...

according to a few they stayed in our parks clubhouse there was no major damage. wind gust were recorded at Daytona airport (3 miles away ) at 91mph. the eye moved just 10 miles away or it would have been a different story. now wondering how much water we have in RV.

anyone else have there RV parked in the path of Matthew . just saw a evacuation order for all people in Volusia county in RV and mobile home parks.sitting here wondering what we left in the RV that i wished i didn't .... maybe shopping for a new one next week.
