Definitely call Heartland warranty and talk to them. This seems to be a recurring problem with this style of roller. The brackets are made from a cheap cast aluminum. Hopefully they put a recall on these.

Just woke up this morning with water pouring out of the underbelly. All 3 lower sections are full of water causing the underbelly enclosures to sag. Drilled holes in low points to let the water escape. This appears to be fresh water as there is no odor or discoloration of the water. Also not...
