Finally proud to say I'm an official Heartland member. Got the fifth wheel today and everything's fixed just like we asked. I attached some photos, yes 34 days later but we are happy and that's all that matter plus we were compensated for our troubles. Win, win all around so freaking excited!!!!!

During our PDI yesterday we observed a large amount of condensation building on the roof by the ac duct vent in the bedroom. As a result of that we started inspection all the vents which in the fifth wheel and identified that only 25% of the duct were blowing air. I've provided photos and help...
