Can the Bike Rack/Cargo Rack that is on the 2011 Model be installed on the 2010 Model ?

I used a marine grade switch (Perko) on my 28RLS. Mounted it on the tongue. Works great. If not in the 'ON' position, need to consider the Brake Break Away switch will not engage, and also the fact that if you won't be charging the battery while in transit.
