We have a 2021 heartland cyclone 4006, our rear patio has an awning with support arms that pop out and extend out….the trouble is, there is nothing for it to attach to, no support bracket. Some other posts/videos we have seen show a clip either on floor of ramp or by the side of the patio door...

I called heartland customer support early this morning and was able to get some local numbers, I found one that did warranty work and had a mobile service. They are supposed to come tomorrow. We have a list of about 10 things but the hot water and the leaking shower are the most inconvenient!

The only interior control switch is on an lcd display instead. I have turned it off for a bit to see if that will reset something 🤞

1st trip on cyclone 4006, we’ve had hot water for 2 days….now we don’t all of a sudden. We tried it on gas too but got nothing. Is there a reset switch?

Ac works fine on all 3 units

We are camping for 1st time with our 2021 cyclone and are having same issue! We can’t get oven or stove top to ignite, not even manually. The led display is not working either. No fuse appears to be blown but none of the fuses or breakers are marked for the oven/range. Where was your fuse...

Good to know! Unfortunately I’ve tried the furnace in all 3 controls. I’ve got nothing.

Technician just showed us how to start the oven and stove top, he never actually turned it on. Furnace was not turned on either during walk through.

Thanks, thanks are full and we have tried that. I think we have electrical problem….furnace doesn’t work either
