Yes it is last year it was buckled up all year the other day went on the roof and it was flat again . It's been in a storage lot for about 8 months it seems that it buckles from the humidity inside when we were living in it we always used exhaust fans and dehumidifers

Yes I know the a/c helps but I am concerned with how much the roof lan wood buckled up and then went flat . It must have broken the gle bonds to the black foam

I agree but in the summer in ny there is very high humidity and know problem it's crazy

I checked on the weight and it would only add 200lbs spread over 320sq ft that is not to bad also when it dave it release chemicals and actually weighs less. It seems that it would be a one time roof and no more caulking or black marks on the side of trailer and they can match any Color

i tried to take a pic but in the pic you can't really see what's happening it is the luan wood coming unglued from the roof structure the big area is around the rear ac but has you walk on roof you can feel it go down not small bubbles but two by two foot areas rising about 1/4 ton3/8 inch
