I would really like to know how many people are having apollo issues. The microwave side on ours quit working and we went through the "we will send you the box ship it to us and we will repair it and send it back to you" deal. Took two weeks and now three weeks later it is doing the same thing...
I am having an issue whith the black tank and I cannot seem to find the cause. We never have an issue with any type of odors until we start to drain the tank. While the tank drains and during the flushing process it seems that the odors do not leave they come inside the bighorn. I have checked...
Check out the B&W Turnover ball and companion Hitch. I was a little leary at first but after a little research and talking to some folks that have them I made my decision and am very glad I did. No rails in the bed, can be used as a fifth wheel or gooseneck, and best of all when the companion is...
We have been using it for about three years and IMHO it is exactly what they claim. We use the sewer solution to drain the tanks and rarely hook up the exta water to push the stuff through. That means that everything empties through a 1 inch hose without a pump. We use the TP in the rig that we...
We have a 2010 Bighorn 3610 RE. We love it. We have found one thing we dont understand why it isnt there. We have a double door fridge and the cabinet between it and the exhaust fan is huge but it needs a second shelf. Without it so much space is wasted. I am going to add one but it would be...
They are a grat add on. Besides the pressure being much better, they also save you water. I know it doesnt matter if you have full hookups, but if you are dry camping or just water and electric, that is a big deal. We have had ours for a couple of years and when we bought the bighorn the first...
We are just starting to full time and bought a bighorn. We are praying to get 10 years out of it. We will not be moving all the time, probably every four to 6 months. We know that we will have issues along the way but with regular upkeep I think it is possible. We bought a new truck as well and...
I bought this onehttp://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00915309000P?vName=Tools&psid=FROOGLE01&sName=Air+Compressors&cName=AirCompressors&sid=IDx20070921x00003a for size purposes to carry in the Bighorn. It was very quick with 80 pounds and almost as quick with 115 pounds. I was leery at...
We have run into the same issue and actuall messed up the gel coat a little what the plastic cover rubbed the side of the bed. I was nowhere near the 88 degree mark so I wasnt watching the pin or the front and did not hear anything until I started forward. Heard a noise and it was too late...
We had an issue with our bighorn and are three hours from our dealer. The dealer called customer service and then had me do the same. They said take it to whoever you want but to have them call Heartland before doing any work. Dealers are notorious for the tactics you are talking about and I...
I heard about someone that had exactly the same issue in their Bighorn, well the husband did anyway. Turns out the wife always pressed the water saver switch on the shower head and the husband didnt even know it had one. Not saying that is what your problem is but sometimes it the simple things...
THe only dors that we put little bungee cords on are the pantry in our 3610RE THat was due to the dealer reccommending it because of the slide. HE said that he had heard of the door coming open when traveling and while not being seen when opening the slide and messing up the either the door or...
1 1/16 deep and an extention and away you go. That is one thing that was a change from the old rig. It did not have an anode rod and the plug was plastic. Did not need a socket. Now with the socket and ext I do not mind the drain.
