    Solid surface counter tops

Heartland shows their Big Horns built with "Solid Surface Counter Tops". Does anyone out there know the material? It looks like Corian, but they give no information as to the exact compound. Thanks.

Self levelers on BH 3610 RE

Any of you out there have auto levelers on your BH 3610 RE, or any other BH? If so, how is the movement in the rig? We have the JT Strong Arms on our current fiver, and they work great. Just wondering if we went with the six point leveling system, would I need to also add the stabilizers as...

    Oh no.....Can this be!!!

I've heard that Heartland isn't building the BH 3610 RE any longer. Is this really true??? Thanks, Skip

    Dual pane windows BH 3610

We are looking at the BH 3610 model. If we opt for the dual pane windows, what is the added weight, both total and pin weight? Thanks, Skip

    Big Horn 3610 hitch

Is it an option to get a rear hitch added for a bike rack on the BH 3610. I saw one earlier this week here at a R/V park, but didn't know if it was added at the factory or after market. My concern is adding after the sale may void the frame warranty. What say you guys? Thanks again, Skip

    Heartland awnings

During our travels, we've seen many Hearland products, but haven't seen any with the electric awnings. They all seem to be the manual type. Does Heartland offer these as an option? Thanks, Skip

    Is this dealer kidding me?!!

The DW and I went to a Heartland dealer last week to take another look at the BH 3610. We've had our eyes on this model for sometime now. I found one online at a dealer in Ohio, and was about $8k less than the dealer here in Texas. I showed the dealer here the web page, and he got in a bit of a...

    Towing with a D/A HD2500

Thanks to Bob&Patty and others. My real confusion relates to the door sticker. 4500 front, 6084 rear. My TV is rated to tow a total of 22,000lbs (including the truck). The BH I'm looking at ready to camp will be under the 22,000lb. rating, when hooked up. I'm more concerned about pin weight...

Auxillary Fuel Tank...Ideas and suggestions welcome.

Added the RDS 60 ga. tank. I wanted the 51 ga. tank, but Northern Tool was sold out. The 60 gal. tank was only $20 more. I add 40 gal. to it plus the original 26 gal. tank gives me way more travel distance than I'll ever need. Great tool box on the top side, and sets below bed rails. I paid $50...

    Towing with a D/A HD2500

Jeff, That's what has got me confused. My TV weighs 7430, and if I add 2500 for pin weight, then that puts me over GVWR by about 730lbs. But, I'm still under the rear rating of 6084. My sticker ratings are frt - 4500, rear - 6084, and total 9200, which is also confusing since the two add...
