Congrats on choosing a great venue for the 2019 NY rally. Its a beautiful area with lots of great things to do and see -- boat tour is mandatory! Unfortunately, we won't be able to attend due to NASCAR at Watkins Glen that weekend but know everyone in attendance will have a wonderful weekend. :cool:

Finally after three days of trying. We're in. Site #404 Coming in on 6/21, leaving 6/25. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. :cool:

Well, I thought it was just us! All the black trim on our BC has a white residue. We also found 'misses' either not waxed or not 'polished'. A couple of the black decals also look funny now. Agree with Jim, not worth what we paid. See you all in our 'home town' on Thurs! Its fun to only have...

Yep, ours is always plugged in also. I LOVE the thing. I used to have to lug the house vacuum out to do the RV because the 'handheld' one we had didn't do a sufficient job. The Dyson is great. :rolleyes:

Not what we wanted to hear, guys. :( We're in the boonies -- 200 miles from dealer and at least 50 miles from any tech support. We've checked propane supply and flame - both good. Blown out the lines too. Wouldn't matter except that our next adventure is to Watkins Glen for NASCAR -- no AC...

Refer works fine on AC but when you switch to LP, burner starts but won't stay fired only about 15 secs. until it switches off. Cleaned the burner area and blew up lines -- no luck. Anybody out there have any ideas? Rig is 2014 Big Country -- Thanks.

Agree 100% - We have to travel 100+ miles to look at ANY Heartland product and then its not the model we're interested in. If you do buy from that dealer, then you have the service problem of having to travel all that way for any kind of repair ( and, unfortunately, there always seems to be...

One more question -- how 'tall' is the coach with the ACs? Some of the literature says 12'11", some says 13'3'' --
