Our Bighorn “had” (I removed it) an auto reset mini breaker in line before the buss bar with the other mini breakers. It failed once and shut down all 12v to the rig. Check for voltage at the buss bar.
Another break point may be the ground wire connection at the frame failed or came undone...
It’s a DIY if you don’t mind laying underneath on your back. LOL!! I’m repairing a crack in a grey tank at the moment.
I’ve also replaced valve seals and shortened cables

We have best luck setting the fan speed to low or medium instead of Auto. Also IMO the thermostat setting needs to be several degrees cooler than the outside ambient air temperature.

If you are concerned about movement within the camper when someone is walking around, add some additional supports underneath on the frame rather than the slide outs

The reason it’s not working on the electric side could be a bad element, faulty thermostat, failed external mini switch or loose connection at any junction
When ours failed it was a failed connection of the hot lead to the external mini switch...
