I recently bought a TQ380, and the 3rd time I used the bedroom slide, the rollers broke. Anybody else had this problem and does anyone know why it happened?

I am just wondering if I can have warranty repairs done at a different dealership that at the one where I bought my tq380? Also, if once a repair is approved, do I have to get it done within the 1 year warranty period. I don't live near the dealership where I bought my rv.
