Ours are the same way. But it is not a problem for me. I can reach them no problem. I can't see them but there are labels on the side of the camper telling which one is which. They installed them this way because they wanted the actual valve inside the enclosed underbelly so it will not freeze...

We have a 3500 SRW short bed and have had no issues. I have never had to use the slider at all. Hope this helps.

What is the best product to clean the rubber roof with? Also, should you use one of the protective products? Are they effective? I have seen several kits with cleaner and conditioner. Are these effective or just more money? Can they damage your roof?
