Hello, We recently purchased a lightly used 2011 BC 3355RL. The microwave (above) quit working. We checked the circuit breakers in the small closet by the door and all were good. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Our unit does not have the manufacturer phone number list pasted anywhere...
