My 3300RLB has the same symptoms. How many screws hold the stair portion on. I can only find 2. Did you have to pry it up? Thanks, Scott

I live in North Central Arkansas. About 185 miles due noth of Pine Bluff. I have worked in Pine Bluff a lot over the years and I just can't get used to the paper mill smell around there. I like it much better up in the hills.

There is an inline fuse between the battery and the landing gear motor. Trace the wires you will find it. It is 30 amp. Mine will blow if I accidentally try to raise the landing gear too far.

I put a thermometer in mine and moved it up and down until I found the perfect spot for me. I left it in each spot for a couple of hours to get a good reading. My fridge will get down to around 34 degrees and that is plenty cold for my drinks.

JT Strongarms all the way. Reduced my movement almost completely. If the kid are jumping up and down I can feel it but that is about it. Before I got them I could feel someone rolling over in the bed in the back bedroom.

Mine has the power awning as well and has at least 6 inches and maybe a touch more.

I just put my DVD and Sat. Rec. on shelf below the tv and then when I get ready to leave I unplug them and move them to the cabinet below the tv in the rear bedroom. I really wish they could have made the storage deep enough in the living room to hold these items.

Mine has been great so far. I only have about 2000 miles on it though. I would call B&W. I have used their gooseneck products for a long time they have always been very helpful.
