2019 Bighorh 3160 El the hot water heater does not work on AC. The element is new and the AC breaker is on but no AC voltage at the element. I' trying to figure out how it wires through the OneControl system. Can anyone provide trouble shooting ideas?

Have you checked the position of the element power switch located behind the cover panel of the water heater? It's a black rocker-type switch indicated with a 0 and 1 to indicate the switches position.

Yoy may have a burned out 120 volt element. Check to see if power is going to element. If so.. unhook shore power and check both terminals on element for continuity.

Many times have I seen posted on this forum about the wirenut connections in the metal box shown in postings above coming loose causing a loss of AC water heating. In my case Heartland didn't leave any extra slack romex in the feed, and the wires were pulled tight to make the wirenut connection. A little road vibration, and I guess they came apart.

A multimeter and YouTube are your friends.
The reason it’s not working on the electric side could be a bad element, faulty thermostat, failed external mini switch or loose connection at any junction

When ours failed it was a failed connection of the hot lead to the external mini switch. Replaced the spade fitting on the wire lead and the mini switch
