North Trail 25 King: I hit a building eave and bust the motor cover & bent the end cap on the awning tubes. I can't find any makers mark on it anywhere so does anyone know what kind of awning it is and where to get parts?

I was just wondering because I never can find any information about it ( manuals, brochures, service manuals, etc.). Was thinking about selling it but even KBB doesn't have that model to get a estimate from. Was also wondering if & what problems you may have experienced with it. Thanks

I have pluged my NorthTrail into 2 seperate 30 amp stations. Once the battery goes dead, the whole trailer is dead. Totally new to this electrical stuff! Shouldn't I have power when plugged in and shouldn't the shore power also charge my battery? I think my microwave fried during this time also...

I had it plugged in to the 30 amp power. Went back to check the trailer and the only power inside is to the tv. Everything else is dead. Plugged it in with the common house plug in adapter and still nothing (I was thinking maybe something wrong with the 30 plug in). I checked all breakers...
