Trail Runner 25 RL 2015 electric awning collapsed
The Auto Dump feature on my powered awning for my 2015 Trail Runner 25 RL failed and crumpled. I bought it October 22 2015. I opened it yesterday. I am so devastated as I purchased it the day my father passed to bring joy back to my life. I do not have an owners manual for it. I cannot find out...- ValB

Trail Runner 25 RL 2015 electric awning collapsed
I so need help. My awning collapsed last night while I was sitting under it. It is electric. Why didn't it dump the excess rain like everyone else's Heartland in the park? I thought this was a feature. of electric awnings. I cannot find a owners manual for it nor can I figure out the brand.- ValB
