Yeah!!! Yet another rig will join our ranks in Bedford; glad to have another Cyclone. Duane & Debbie Clause realized what a great time it will be that they rearranged their 2012 vacation plans to be with us (See post #4 of this thread..I'm just sayin'...)!
Four sites left folks.
BTW Duane, no...
We had it happen on our last rig back in 2005. We found out about it over the CB on only our second trip out; unfortunately it was while returning from Sturgis. Our first trip was down to Tampa so the Lord only knows how long it had been billowing.
The material was apparently cut short at...
We refer to the Cyclone as our "rolling command center" but, following the previous leads...I guess since we refer to the truck as "The Beast" it's only fitting that we should call the Cyclone "Beauty"!
Slides in as this keeps the frame and main structure from "racking" during the leveling process. You won't notice a difference on a fairly level camp site but get a "kiddiewampus" site and those slides will bind.
I've always had great service from etrailer. I like my Swift Hitch outfit as it's easily moved from truck to truck. The only issue I've had is that the monitor is very hard to read when it's very bright & sunny. Hope you enjoy yours.
I just use a stiff bristle broom to get the "chunks" out, then mop it down. Now if I know I'm gonna be in the mud & grime I put a cheap plastic tarp down before loading the toys.
One word: "SPECULATORS". Regulation at the commodities market would help, mister lawmaker.
We're coming up on an election year so we'll see some feigned interest in the "working man's plight".
We've posted site numbers for the rally attendees in post #1 of this thread. We were hoping the newly planned pull-thru sites would be ready & available for the rally but....they won't be. We toured the campground last weekend and checked out the available sites and after discounting some due to...
Funny funny man! This personality you speak of keeps on working as we add Jon & Patti Holbert to the mix!! If you're keeping track that's 6 sites left.
Get well, Jon and we'll see you in June.
We welcome Kimball & Alice Gillette to our "soiree" as lucky rig #16! Nine more sites left...."C'mon Down!" Nona's excited as she received her 2012 information packets from the Bedford County Visitor's Bureau yesterday.
It's official Deb (check showed up today); Bill & Jerry Stewart are Rig #15 for our Rally!! It'll be great to see you guys again. It's been a while since we've seen that Big Country out & about.
Hey folks, only 10 more sites to fill.
Feb 20, Nona & I will venture up to the CG to turn...
Re: Traveling with you dog
We use chest harnesses (Easy Rider) that have straps with assorted clips (Ford, GM, Chrysler) that click into the vehicle seatbelt. The harnesses have a D-ring on the back that can be used for the car or for walking them. We've found that a harness/seatbelt helps...
Well that's a fine lookin' rig you have there! Welcome to the world of Heartland RVs. You should consider joining us in Bedford this June so you can show it off!!
We knew it wouldn't be long before you had all 4 rigs considered a chapter!! It's pretty bad when you have to move to another state just so you can get another rally badge that says "Founding Chapter Leaders"! What's it been, 3 months without being Chapter Leader? Who picked "3 months" in our...
Hello my friends!! Well, we just reserved our 13th site; lucky Bill & Sallie Hosack! This is shaping up to be a true melting pot of rally goers. Maryland, Massachussetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania & even little old Delaware () will be representin'!! (Shhh, I...
Here's the post that listed all the vendors: As JohnDar stated, I believe it was Kinzer Enterprises.
