Is the inverter supposed to provide 110 VAC when just on battery power? If so, something is not working, and which way do I look to repair? Brett

First off, where on the website do I go to order a ladder for my North Trail 21FBS. Where is the suggest mounting area and how can i get a stud diagram for mounting to back and roof areas? My local RV store isnt worth a crap, so I will need to do this myself. Brett
