    Bighorn - wheel rating?

Re: ATF: Bighorn - wheel rating? Not quite that easy hoefler as the g rated tires have a higher psi and the wheel may not support that. I do not want more capacity - I just want a stronger tire on it if I can. I appreciate people chiming in, but please only technical answers please. I am not...

Tandy - not sure of your point. I have a 3070 model and NOT a 3670 model.

ATF: Bighorn - Axle Issue/Tire Wear

Forgot to address some of the other replies: The problem is not the toe in. If this was the case, then the tread would be somewhat `feathered'. I don't believe it would be the tire balance either as this would cause tire flat spotting or a odd inside/outside edge wear pattern. As a auto...

ATF: Bighorn - Axle Issue/Tire Wear

Thanks for everyones comments - I do appreciate it. Just to clarify - the rating on the tire itself indicates 80psi maximum. I inflated to 75psi cold allowing a buffer for when tires heat up. I am not exactly sure what the dealer technicians performed to say that the axels are in alignment...

ATF: Bighorn - Hydraulic landing gear issue

I went out and tried your suggestion and closed valves to slides and operated landing gear. It seems to hold - this makes me suspect a seal in the hydraulic valve body. I also checked again for leaks and there are none. Resorvoir is full. At least now I can raise the trailer to hook up and get...

ATF: Bighorn - Hydraulic landing gear issue

Trailer is out in storage now so I won't be able to try it for a while. I shouldn't have to close valves each time I want the front jacks to work. I will wait and let dealership figure it out as it is a new unit. Just thought someone on here might have had the same experience and could help...

ATF: Bighorn - Hydraulic landing gear issue

Just got back from our first trip with our new 2011 3070 Bighorn. Everything was fine until we got back home. As I went to un-hitch and lower the landing gear, I noticed the rear slide moved out about a 1/2 inch. I figure I would just retract once un-hooked. I release the hitch and go to pull...

Hi Razduck - just going back to your question about airbags. I installed the Firestone set and what a difference they made in the ride. IMO they are well worth the money and a must have.
