    A final reply - my local RV repair guy - certainly not my "authorized Heartland service center" discovered that the tension adjustment on the hinges was to strong and with a bit of adjustment stopped the problem.

    Cabinet Hinges

    I have had my 2011 Elkridge in the shop twice for the the cabinet hinges - feels like I am starting on the second time for some of them. Makes you afraid to open the cabinets. My nearest "authorized service center" is over 90 miles away - so not a very simple fix.

    Cabinet doors splitting.

    my cabinet doors continue to pop out of the hinges - had 4-5 fixed onece and now have about eight doing the same thing - it makes for a very unpleasant experience when you are afraid to open a cabinet. My wife doesn't want to store things inside that require multiple opening when out camping.

    Cabinet Door Hinges Pull Out?

    Just got back from our first trip with my 2011 Elkridge and at least four of the cabinet doors pulled out of the hinges on the piston strut side. My wife is afraid to use the cabinets and very unhappy. Going to take it toa service center to see if it and several other problems can be fixed...

    Brand New Elkridge - Roof leaking

    Bought a brand new 2011 ElkRidge. and during the recent rains discovered the roof was leaking at the seam where the roof and the front cover meet. Dripping into the cabnitery and the mattress on the front bedroom. Not happy. anyone siggest on how easy that will be to repair. Looks like it...

    Brand New Elkridge - Roof leaking

    Bought a brand new 2011 Elkridge and during recent rain discovered the roof was leaking in the front - probably where the roof connects with the fiberglass front at the seam - can this be fixed - some friends have said I should try and get a complete new unit - I have even had it out yet...
