I have been fighting this problem for two years. Have had it woked on three times with no luck(allways worked for them)I moved the slider and bracket down to the second wire rack from top. hanging the probe under the rack. So far mine is working staying around 33 to 35 in the fridge...

Are your tvs SDTV or DTV? If they are you do not need boxes. If there not you will have to have one box for each. The boxes are all the same.The TV that came with ours was a a SDTV so we only had to buy one box for the one in the bedroom that was a non dtv.Look in the owners manual...
There are state or regional chapters of the Heartland Owners Club. as with the National Heartland Owners Club they have local Rally's and get together's for Owners in their area. There is a local leader that takes care of planning of local events and is responsible for the chapter.More info can...

Lets let all respond and see if anyone else wants to start a chapter. I'm not sure I want to do it or have the time. But I do hope we can get one going.
If you only have one motor, look and see if the square tube that connects it to the other leg is turning. A lot of us have had the nut come off and bolt fall out. The fix is to install a locking nut on the bolt.There is a bolt at each end so check both. Hope this helps you.
