If I set my A/C at a certain temp, it will reach this and go off, just like it's suppose to do. But then, about every 4 minutes it will " short cycle ". The fan comes on for 5 seconds, then the compressor for about 15 seconds, and then just the fan for another 5 seconds. Has anyone else had this...
