Definately sounds like a bad axle. I had the same issue. Here is my thread . Lippert replaced both my axles. I believe they warrantee those axles for two years. Good luck.

They fixed the axles and made adjustments to the ball height. I only have brought it home from the dealer and spent 10 minutes or so on the highway. It does seem to be better. Axles are made by Lippert. They should have a 2 year warranty on them. Just had mine replaced. Are you within the two year warranty period?

I did do a PDI but I didn't take covers off to check plumbing and I didn't ask them to hook up the water. The ground clearance issue was partly due to the sagging of the axles which is something that I would not have picked up on a PDI.. I just don't know enough mechanically to diagnose that...

If the NT rallies were at the repair shop for all of the items wrong with my trailer then we would be there too. Sadly, we are paying for a new (2012) rig which needs to be just about completely overhauled. Has spent numerous dates in the "shop" for serious safety, working and cosmetic issues.
