I have a 2012 new 3450TS , my problem is whether seals around the complete rv. All the windows and openings they all have come away , the dealer says that it is not in the worenty of one year of the rv . But i have exstended. why should i pay. or should i call Heartland and complain?

Thanks for the reply, Your answer brings up a another question? how do you level side to side. If you raise one side, wouldn't you twist the fame. and how do you raise it?

Question; When uncoupling do I put the legs down all the way then level the unit? Or just put them down and uncouple, This to me is not a silly Question. Thanks In advance.

I,m buying a new 2012 Heartland Big Country 38 ft., My question is, It comes with a new 12v deep cell is that enough? Or should I get one more?. Right now we are going to RV parks to plug in.
