    Window replacement model number

Our 2011 Cyclone 3950 HD needs a new window in the living area slide. Has anyone found the model number for these? Factory has no record of this information (really?). Someone told us we have to pull the interior molding and remove the glass to get to this... If anyone has done this on our...

    2011 Cyclone 3950 Kitchen Remodel

The laminate is from Formica 180fx collection with a Karran undermount sink. I chose this because it has the look of solid surface at a fraction of the weight and cost.

    2011 Cyclone 3950 Kitchen Remodel

Living full time and after 6 years, wanted changes in our kitchen. Gourmet cooking on 'camp stove' not the easiest. DH was a contractor in a former life and thought remodels were a thing of the past (silly man). We put in GE Profile Convection Microwave. Love this as roasting a turkey is a...

    More storage please...

Hi Jim - There are several websites that offer this product, however, I chose https://www.foamtiles.com/tiles/58-soft-wood-tiles.html . They offered a wide variety of styles, colors and surfaces along with excellent pricing and 433 user reviews. Ordering was easy, free samples are available...

    More storage please...

Haven't been here in quite awhile. We retired in 2013 and became full-time asphalt gypsies in the spring of that year, leaving Oregon behind for parts unknown. Although we have a 42' cyclone, the man-cave has always been off limits. (It's a guy thing.) After 3 years of wandering, my only issue...

    Garage to Mancave

Good morning, Haven’t been here in quite a while. We’ve been full-timing since April 2013. Some changes were made before we took to the open road. We originally used woodflooring strips for the desktop. Not thebest idea. Wound up removing those and laying down a Wilsonart Laminate surface...

    From Dinette to Living Room

Knowing we were close to becoming FTers, I wanted more of a living room in our 3950. My DH was able to accommodate my wishes and still keep the lower storage. We moved in on April 20th and are loving living on the open road. (I included a "before" pic. Since all our children are grown, this...

Has anybody replaced the Dinette with Recliners?

We have the u-shaped dinette and not as comfortable as we'd like. Terry's removed the set and building a custom base to hold a futon. That way we have a comfy couch and are able to keep the lower storage. The futon company was willing to sell us the deck (that portion that the cushion rests on)...

    Larger oven

Couldn't find referenced range/oven at CW website. Did you go to brick/mortar store or order online? I've been considering a convection microwave due to same size issues, but would rather have conventional oven. Glad to hear someone found a solution to the thimble-sized oven in the Cyclones...

ATF: Bighorn - Disappointed Heartland will not cover delamination past the 1 year warantee

Here are the pics for frig drain hose and repair. Terry wound up having to replace the hose as it had become brittle.

ATF: Bighorn - Disappointed Heartland will not cover delamination past the 1 year warantee

Your post prompted me to have DH check our frig drain hose. In our Cyclone 3950 he found the frig drain hose just laying underneath the frig on the wood [no outside drain tapped] with a tag clearly marked that this hose needed to drain to the outside. Wonder who's in the factory running QC on...

    Vessel Sink

Found at www.amazon.com, search Inello Small Mini Smoke Tempered Glass Vessel Sink. Couldn't find anything locally so I went to the web. Measurement actually 13 1/2" diameter. DH said there's still 5/8" clearance with faucet and fit existing cut-out perfectly. And very affordable for a vessel.

    Vessel Sink

Our 3950 came equipped with a frosted green vessel sink in the main bathroom. Not crazy about the "frosting" or the color. So we switched. This one isn't frosted and IMO the smoky color looks better with the countertop. So if anyone out there needs a vessel sink, post a note. Here's a pic...

    Pirit heated hose

Been reading about the "No Freeze Water Hose". Does anyone have any experience with this one? Here's there website... http://www.nofreezewaterhose.com/ They are incredibly expensive, but if they have no failure, is it worth it? Thoughts?

Portland, OR to Twentynine Palms, CA

We made that run in May going to Yucca Valley. We took I-5 to 58 (Bakersfield), then picked up 247 in Barstow. We also were looking for the quickest route while avoiding the LA area. Didn't experience any traffic problems but avoided Sacramento during rush hour. Read that gas in NV is...

    3455rl or 3570rs & srw vs drw

Morning, Scorekeeper We researched 5ers for over 2 years before finally deciding which would fit our needs best. We picked up our rig in August and my DH has already begun "re-designing" so when we go F/T in the spring it will be just what we want in our rolling home. We actually found our rig...

    Garage to Mancave

We would be happy to if we're still in the Oregon area. Plan to become F/T by next spring if DH has completed his final antique restoration by then. That's the hope at this point.

    Garage to Mancave

Hi Jim, Lifting for storage was a strong attraction in his decision. Today he's designing a support system so the worktop area will be safe and accommodate his needs. Since my DH restores/builds antique aircraft, he believes that experience will help him in implementing strong but lightweight...

    Garage to Mancave

We are barely home from picking up our 3950 and he's already designing/creating changes in the garage to do more than accommodate his TBird Storm (2nd in love only to his DW). Since it's unlikely we'll have many slumber parties, my DH has decided to turn the bottom bed in the garage into his...

    Well we finally did it....

Congratulations on joining the great adventure. After 3 years of researching, we finally settled on a 2011 Cyclone 3950 in August. Spent our first month on the road and loved every minute. I still can't stop smiling. Hope to see you on the open road.

    Welcome New Cyclone Owners rene_terry

Thanks for the warm welcome. We couldn't be happier in this new adventure. At least, not until we get to start being F/T gypsies. We look forward to meeting everyone in Westfir. Rene`
