Thanks Jim, Finally got the Jalousy window out on my own. Took a little figuring. Took it in to glass co. to straighten frame and install glass. When I try to reinstall, I may run into trouble. still plan to use your suggestion to call product support, but haven't found time yet. Thanks again...

Broke large window and bent the frame in my North Trail. Need to find part # and mechanism exploded view to see if I can just replace the jalousey portion of the window. Big window is OK
