Ours has gears under the slides. Looking underneath just now I do see one small polished rod under the 3 slides I can see under (the bedroom slide is sealed off. Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk

We had something very odd, and scary, happen when we went to leave for our long Thanksgiving weekend. We pushed the button to bring in the dining/living room slide and the front jacks dropped ... coach clear to the ground. Then it was like the computer was confused and we had a heck of a time...

Our Volvo (500 hp Cummins ISX) has 560,000 miles and we don't figure we'll ever have to do anything major to it with our use as a RV tow vehicle. This was one of the reasons we bought it for RV towing.

Re: Heatercontrols Yes, the thermostat in the bedroom operates only the A/C in the bedroom. The thermostat in the hallway operates the furnace for the entire house and the A/C in back of the house.

Maybe, given enough time, we'll learn the positiion of certain switches but, having to turn on the shower area light to see the switches in the box so we can turn on a different light is a pain. The control panel in the sleeper of our truck has a hooded light with a switch in the upper left...

We just picked up our 2013 San Antonio this past weekend and we LOVE it! Something that would be really nice though is a light in the switch panel at the stairs. Perhaps a small LED with a switch that turns on the light when the door is opened?

Thanks. Yes, we have an air hitch (ET Hitch). The rear end is so stiff on our truck right now that it would probably tear the coach apart. 3000# of pin weight is nothing to our truck. We'll be a deck ... and probably a Smart Car ... but it's still not much for our truck.
