It seems to be a design error or poor workmanship, in our model you would have to climb over the table and
sofa to get out after trying to place a shim under the slide, also it seems that the shim would work it's way out on a long trip.
Our prowler 316 prsl didn'tt have either, called the factory service and ordered them. I think it was 35.00 dollars or so. Got them in a couple of days.
I had the same problem with my 316 prls 2012, the seal on the offdoor slide was falling out of it's fasting. Don't know if it installed that way or worked loose. It was removed and reinstalled and haven't had a leak since.
