Living space should only be calculated by interior space. I don't think is should include patios (rear or side). My 2 cents. I'm not going to lie, I was hoping for something completely different.

I thought that the new 4200 was going to be like 600+ sq. feet. With the new "outline" on the Heartland site, it does not look like it will be that big.

My waste valves are not marked. There are 3 valves at the front of the coach and 1 at the rear. Can you tell me what valves dump what? From front to back? Also, I know the rear valve is for the garage 1/2 bath. Does that dump the toilet and the sink? Or does the sink go to the kitchen gray...
I see a weight limit sticker of 300lbs on the top bunk of the happijack electric beds in the garage. I do not see a weight limit on the bottom bunk. The bottom bunk sits on legs. Does anyone know the weight limit? Thanks.
