Hey all, we went out recently and were using our electric heat but it got really cold one night so I fired up the furnace. Turned the Dometic thermostat to heat and both the a/c unit and the furnace came on. Could not get the A/C off without cutting off the breaker for it. Furnace ran fine but...

Would love to attend as it is only about 5 miles from our house. Only problem is I will be 400 miles away at a competition that week. Would be cool to give another "Ranger" talk but wont be able to make it happen this time.:(

It's the base to the Television. Should be another piece somewhere. I guess it comes in the box with the TV so they just include it with the unit.

yep all that. And I still wasn't getting anywhere with them. They had every excuse in the book blaming me, overloaded, low pressure, towing to fast, you name it they used it. It wasn't til I posted on their facebook page that I got anywhere with them.

And if it turns out anything like mine all they will do is pro rate the tire and end up giving you about 60 bucks a piece. Better than nothing but in my case it did nothing to fix the $1500 in damage tot he side of my trailer.

Well BART, as we affectionately call him, is in the shop for transmission work. We have had an ongoing, intermittent issue with the transmission wanting to lock up in 4th gear. When it would do it the CEL would also some on with a code. The problem is that to get it to shift gears I'd have to...

Hate to hear this. A few years back my old F-250 died right before we were to go out on a trip. absolutely nothing I could do about it at the time other than get mad and stew over it... Sometimes we just have crappy luck. Like you say though, at least you are sitting at home having a cold one...

The speed rating of 65 and the outflow limitations of my wallet to buy fuel keep me between 62-65. Anything over that the fuel mileage drops off significantly, and I've had blowouts... don't like 'em!

That is where we will have to disagree. When it was brought to their attention MULTIPLE times as a safety issue the contracts to use them should have been voided. Agree that is was not just Heartlands problem though. Any trailer that had them on it was a ticking time bomb.

We had a blowmax explode sitting in a campground in Blacksburg VA. Sitting by the river and heard this loud boom and saw the trailer shake. At first I thought someone hit it until I saw it sagging on one side. Big bubble on the sidewall let go. The towmax folks said I was probably going too...

That IS the real question. Why does Heartland continue to use these Bombs. Sad. We too had our blowmax issues on our 2013, sadly we were not aware of the issue until after our first explosion that destroyed the side of our 3110 as well.

Most of my stuff is IMAC size. I fly pretty much at scale meets, sailplane competitions, and do some pylon racing. My Seagull models "Shoestring" has been clocked at 146mph. And that is with an electric motor, not gas.
