Quick update on this ... Took our Gateway in for our warrantee punch list and the root cause was a broken black tank. Happy to know the root cause and hopefully the repair will be the end of this one...
Anyone know where this rear cross-brace on the Gateway 3650 is? Looking for something between the stabilizing jacks and the rear bumper.
Since it's insulated I'm having a hard time finding it. Looking to mount my rear JT Strongarms in the back of the coach.

Well, I hate that I've not been active in the forums since we bought our Gateway 2 months ago, but here I am, hoping to get some assistance from follow Heartlanders :o
So, we have a Gateway 3650 BH (which we absolutely love!) that often has fairly strong odor which I just cannot find the source...
hah, no worries. The JTs definitely look like a great add-on. So far we really love this rig.

we've only been in Austin since May and it's already home to us. We'll be spending 2 weeks at Buck Horn in Jan '14 -- love that part of the hill country.
This mirrors my experience as well regarding DW's response to the Gateway. The first time we toured it she just kept saying "wow" over and over. We kept looking but we both kept going back to the Gateway. Such a great floor plan.

We took delivery of our Gateway 3650 BH last week and I have a very happy family now.
Love this rig! Looking at bunkhouse floor plans really restricted our search -- especially when looking for quality units.
This Gateway fits the bill nicely for us -- although (hint hint) if Heartland ever made...
