Mounting E-Track to the walls in the garage

On a nice cool morning your trailer side walls will sweat on the outside showing you where the studs are due to the differences in mass. Start grabbing photos and measurements of those studs/walls with respect to windows and doors. It works. I have photos of mine buried somewhere within the...

    Backing into a site...

Leaving early one morning my exit was blocked. While trying to navigate back down the road a very helpful man with a coffee in one hand quickly proved to me to follow his directions faithfully. AfTer following his directions back and around a corner my thanks were followed with a 'no problem'...

    More on Outside Speakers

Dremel tool with sanding drum, quick. Mark siding with a circle using a Sharpie first. Even used the dremel to knock back a little of the insulation to make room. Then used that RV tape caulk to seal and hold in place. Very easy. One speaker blew in first season, no loud music either.

    Hauling spyder 4200

Just loaded my new-to-me Can-Am Spyder RT into back of Torque 325. Plenty of room in 10' garage. Getting frunk up on ramp is problem. Used set of 3' 2x10's with 1' 2x10's on top as pre-ramps to get front up in air. Once front wheels were on ramp it was an easy drive in. I had set a pair of...

    Lost slideout bolt

Traveling along I95 shook out the bolt which holds LCI motor to the end of the slider screw drive. A trip to the hardware store and a handful of assorted bolts later, M10-25mm and split washer did the trick! Simple fix once I dissected my underbelly and traveled to town in search of the unknown...

Hesitated before getting rid of Towmax

You know we all read the forums, we all know there are thousands of trailers compared to maybe the hundred(s) bad Towmax stories, and who wants to spend money on new tires for their new trailer with new tires already? In the spring I found a six inch bubble on one tire before our trip to GA...

    Garage Happi-Jak bed mattress

We moved the top bed thin pad to the bottom bunk to smooth out the padding's ridges, moved the master bed queen mattress to the top bunk wood platform, and put a residential queen mattress in for our comfort. Everyone got an upgrade. The top bunk doesn't get much use so it stays pinned up but...

has anybody installed net in garage on shelf above doorwall ?

I used one 52" Boatgo Storage Net and one 48" of the same from Amazon. About $40 total. Did not like how screws pulled on thin ceiling so I glued/screwed a 3/4"x3/4" strip across ceiling for screws and now netting is rock solid. Camper is in storage, no photos, sorry
