You're not the only one. Our 2015 NT 24BHS Caliber Edition has the exact same junk radio. Will most likely do a major upgrade down the road. The off-brand TV the rig came with has better sound, which is sad.

Does anyone know what size are the tires that come with the aluminum rim option on the North Trail 24BHS and shorter trailers? Is it the same as the original steels, ST205/75R14?

Husband just installed new Bilstein 5100 shocks on our GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax. Made quite a difference in ride quality. You still feel the bump, but it doesn't make the truck rock and sway for seconds afterward.

Just called Heartland, very impressed. I was surprised that they would be willing to talk with a customer directly instead of forcing the buffer of a dealer. Very nice and professional, looked up my order for me and confirmed times and specs. So excited to be getting my North Trail! Can't wait.
