good morning.... make sure on your tv set-up that you have selected "cable" not "air/antenna" prior to running scan. keep booster off and stay connected to antenna outlet. sorry, i am not familiar with the bighorn to know which outsise connection will work for you...enjoy your new bighorn. jerry o.

I agree that an overweight trailer is a major safety issue, but with that said, keeping the trailer well below gvwr and your tow vehicle below its gvwr and tow capacity is the responsibility of the owner. are you saying that if kept inside these numbers a 1/2 ton is not safe to to tow a trailer...

i have a ford f150 ecoboost and tow a sundance xlt 5er quite well. this application is suited to the rver that does not want to haul a 15000 lb rv or be a full timer. if you understand the limits of your tow vehicle it makes a great combo for weekend exploration or into areas that a large rv are...

I have a new sundance xlt with dual 12v batteries. if the rv is parked and not used, how long should the charge hold in my batteries. it only lasts 7 to 10 days now with nothing running. your experiences would be appreciated as we are newbies at rving.

I recently purchased my first 5th wheel, sundance xlt265rk. the big tv works fine on antenna but I can't get the bedroom outlet to scan. any help and ideas would be appreciated. thanks Jerry O.

I can watch movies and the sound comes out all of the speakers, that's why im baffled on this one

thanks Jim, I don't see what mode the tv or the genesis should be in to view it. usually pretty good with these issues but this one has me scratching my head.

we just got our sundance 265rk with the genesis audio. I cannot get it to access the set up mode. all functions on the remote seem to work ok, any ideas what i'm missing to get this function to work?? thanks for your help
