To all Heartland Owners Club Members,
Today has been bitter sweet. Today we fulfilled part of our long term plan which unfortunately meant that we no longer own our Heartland 3250TS Fifth Wheel. Our future involves touring the country in full time status and we've always endeavored that it...
I'm interested in purchasing a new/extra wheel for my 2008 3250 TS. The wheel on my trailer is an aluminum 8 lug, 16 in diameter rim with 7 "spokes". Any suggestions on how to proceed?
Thanks cookie. Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your perspective) a "pre-flight" inspection revealed the beginning of tread separation which if undetected would most likely have resulted in blown tires on my trip. Going to have to replace all tires. I can only presume regular...
Thanks for the responses. Unfortunately this guidance is too late....I've been using the placard the same way you would with a car or truck's placard and have unknowingly ruined a set of tires due to over-inflation. My bad....
Greetings.
Need some clarification as to correct inflation pressure for the Mission tires on our 3250 5ver. The GAWR Placard states the tire pressure as 90 PSI cold while the tire sidewall states "MAX LOAD 3450 LBS at 80 PSI COLD MAX". Which is the correct inflation pressure?
Hello forum members. I have a 2008 BC 3250 that came with Mission "China Bomb" tires. I have put an estimated 5000 miles on the trailer since owned and just discovered what I believe is the beginning of tread separation and inevitably a future blowout. When checking the tire sidewall I...
Update....while my unit was at the dealer for some warranty repair, I asked them to inquire with Heartland about the vent. Although the response I rec'd from their customer service indicated it was not possible, my dealer installed the vent with Heartlands approval at no cost. Heartland was...
I confirmed via measurements that the outside storage compartment does not extend to a height that would interfere with a vent's installation. I've also sent this information via email to Heartlands customer service department for consideration.
Email reply I rec'd from Heartland:
We do not install the vent for the range on the outside as it interferes with the slide room storage. It does not need the vent on the outside. Thanks for writing.

Hello Heartland,
I own a 2008 Big Country 3250 TS and noticed that the vent hood over the stove is not vented to the outside of the unit. Is it supposed to be?
If not how difficult would it be to have a dealer install the outside vent and duct?
Thanks in advance
Jim,
Thanks for the reply. I will call both the dealer and the factory on Monday. I thought that since this question was moved to the "Ask the Factory" area I would have heard from someone by now.

Does anyone in the forum own a BC with the booth installed instead of table and chairs? Our unit came from the factory with the table and chairs but the Mrs wanted additional sleeping room for the kiddo's. When we purchased our 3250 TS we negotiated that the dealer would order and provide the...
