wptungate; I also have a Razor 3110DS and have this problem often. The valve that allows you to suck the antifreese from a bottle into your system is mounted in such a way that it sometimes opens and allows air into the system. It is located behind the basement wall. Hope this helps. Darrell

Capt, you might want to check the outside shower where the hose connects to the faucet, not the shower side, inside the walls of the unit. Mine leaked because it did not have a washer on the connection and dripped down onto the floor.

It turns your water pump on/off for the use of the outside shower. That way you do not have to go inside to turn the pump on.

I had the same thing happen to me and I filled the hole with epoxy and let it dry then painted it with a can of bedliner spray paint. It does not match but looks good enough until I can think of something better or redo the entire ramp door.

To my knowledge, the 3110DS does not have a battery disconnect. I added a boat disconnect from West Marine and it took about 30 mintues to install. I hooked it up from the negative side. Hope this helps.

Just a thought, I added a 30 amp circuit to my house for the camper, if you do not have a 2nd A/C that is all you need anyway. I purchased a 50amp to 30 amp cord from CW. Works like a charm.

I finally took it in for them to fix all of my warranty items and they fixed it. They said it was a bad water pump. All is fixed.

The switch inside the large storage compartment turns on the water pump for the outside shower. This is a handy switch which does not make you go around and inside your trailer to activate the water pump switch.

I turned on the faucet today and the pump started running but little water came out. I checked the water level and it was full. It sounded like the pump had air in it. The kitchen faucet spit out a lot of air and very little water. Has anyone had this happen to them?

I recently purchased a Razor 3110DS. The GVW is rated at 14,400lbs which is the maximum amount the trailer will carry. However, the unit only has 2 6,000 lbs. rated axles. What am I missing?
