We are first timing in our new 2014 37 ultimate and haven't been able to get the 120 hot water heater to heat the water. We have hot water on propane but none on 120v. We are turning on the 120v switch on the control center panel. We have left it on all day and didn't have any hot water.

Ok thanks! The vent in the 1/2 bath has enough flow that I can feel it from the floor the one on the off side of the bunkhouse has no flow and the door side has some flow the 2 in the main cabin have no flow the 1 in the master bath and the 2 in the bedroom have little to no flow!

Should the thermostat fan speed be in auto?

I removed the cover and checked the ductwork with a flashlight we could see the light and I could reach threw the duct from the ac to the first duct on the side that isn't flowing! My bedroom unit is not ducted

I can hear the clicking noise from the remote center if I stand in the rv. Nothing is coming on anywhere. I will get the service center to look at it when I take it in for the other small issues that need attention. Thanks for the help

The lights all work when you use the control panel. Just not when you use the remote. The step light, scare light, awning light. All of the exterior lighting works just not with the remote

Nothing comes on with the remote. I went out in the dark and tried it to make sure I want missing something.

What light is the button on the remote supposed to turn on? All of the lighting works using the indoor control center but nothing comes on when pressing the button on the remote.

Thanks that's what I expected! As you said I saved a considerable amount purchasing from rv wholesalers. The damage is no more than a scratched decal and a missing sewage cap not big deals. I am just disappointed in their customer service.
