I agree about the cheap crap including the LED Awning lights, still thinking about what to do with them, any ideas? I have a 2013 Big Country also.

I got the bottom loop and installed it today, piece of cake. Not sure if the upper portion is replaceable

That,s the way mine looked when I removed the broken bottom part, it broke right at the first step. I,ll let you know when it get the replacement, should receive it any day. Frank

Hey, thanks for the advise. I am thinking about that, but I have the under bed mount and the 2" holes in the bed. I have been wondering if any other manufacturer's hitch, like Reese or B&W would fit. I really don't want to go back with the Hitch Hiker. Any further advise would be appreciated...

Has anyone removed the Power Cord Reel or relocated it. I removed mine, now wondering if anyone has found a good place for it. I found it to be in the way.
