The connector one the phone wire at the AC side is bad. You can get new connectors and crimping tool at Lowe's or Home Depot cheap. I've had to do this on a couple of RVs, it's a simple job.
Sorry to hear about your broken window. I had to replace one of my dual pane windows last year. Heartland was really great to work with. Call the parts department, make sure that you have your vin number. It took about three weeks to have the window sent to my house.
I also have the same problem in the exact same place, and would like to to know how to fix this. If you could would you share any information here.
Thanks
I was told the same thing when my Landmark was a year old. I called Heartland custom service, and pleaded my case. ONCE again Heartland stepped up slide out adjusted. NO cost to me.:o
Mine failed this past winter while we were in Florida. I work in a campground in the summer so I waited until I got home to replace it. I gave up counting how many I've replaced at the campground.
I would call heartland again and ask the service adviser if you can have their email address so that you could send them the pictures. After they have them then call and discuss your options.
I see that you are located in the northern part of the country, with that in mind I would check th wiring behind the fuse panel. I work in a campground in the northeast in tne summer and have found that many times mise have made a nest their and chewed the wires.
I will no buy a unit unless it has the gas stove top and oven. My wife and I live in ours 6 to 7 months ayear and use the kitchen just like we would in our stick built house. We don't go out to eat 2 to 3 times a week, I'd rather spend my money traveling.
Re: ATF: Landmark - Carpeted floor damp
As everyone has said already it's most likely the water line to the fridge. I wrote on here over a year ago tha they should have put anaccess door bbehind the fridge.
There is only one dealer that I trust in the area and they are in Mass. Orchard Trailers, There service department does what they say they are going to do, and they do it right.
I just had to have the residential refrigerator removed so that the water line could be repaired. It was found to have been pinched when the refrigerator was installed. I have seen many posts due to water line problems. My question to Heartland is why don't you put an access panel on the outside...
Re: Not A Happy Camper

First let me apologies for not updating this sooner. Once Heartland had all of the facts all items were at there expense. They even called the dealer and pushed them along. THAT'S WHY YOU BUY HEARTLAND !
Re: Not A Happy Camper
First thanks for the replys and help. Yes the photo is turned 90 degrees, as I said that was the first photo I ever put on a forum. In order to close the slide I have to remove all the cabinet knobs, and then it's still very close. I'll call Heartland tomorrow and see...
I have three outlets that don't work on my kitchen slide. After investigation I found burnt wire. The circuit breaker never popped. You might try removing the outlets and checking the wires.

Re: Not A Happy Camper
I did first go to the dealer, and he said that Heartland told him that the slide was out of warranty. That's when I called Heartland and was told the same thing.

Today I was informed by Artie, the Heartland Service Rep,that the adjustment for my kitchen slide out is not covered under their bumper tobumper warranty. He stated that slide outadjustments are only covered for 90 days. I tried to explain to him that my wife and I purchased...
Rv sales people will tell you anything to get you to buy the trailer. What you need to do is go to the ford web site and check the tow ratings for your truck. Remember that there are different limits for a 5th wheel and a travel trailer.
I have three windows that the rollers have come out of the track. I'm also intrested in a way of putting them back in the track without drillingout thr rivets.
Picked up our new landmark in January at Camping world in Fort Myers. Since we are snowbirds and the weather here this winter has been great there was no reason to se the DVD player. It rained the other day, so I went to get a movie at a redbox. I put the MOVIE in and found out that there was...
