Help! Are there any step-by-step, with pictures, instructions for de-winterizing the 22FBS or, better yet, a video?

Can you please tell me what kind/size to ask for when I'm looking to cover my steps on the 22FBS? And also what tire choices I have/what to ask for when I go to replace the tires?
