Got camper back today. Looks great. Heartland factory did great job. New hangers, springs,axles and tires. Cracked fixed and repainted, looks like new. Will start loading tomorrow and be on the road by June.

Got email from heartland. Then they received my trailer the spring hangers were broken, frame flange bent and tires would need to be replaced. This work would need to be done before repairs to crack in side. Then said I would be responsible for repair cost because the tires have run marks on...

Heartland picked up my RW427 today here in Texas. Appointment date April 29 hope to have it back by mid May.

The factory will be doing the repairs.

Got email the dealer they’re almost done,their words should be very soon now! Got call from factory today they were picking it up from Dallas and doing repairs at factory and would return it to me. Repair time to be determined.🤞

Dropped my 427 off for warranty work and walked thrue one. Layed out a little different. The wife and I both liked it very much. It's the replacement for the 427. Small changes for the better!

I think it's so you burn threw the rest of your warranty. Then you won't be a problem any more..

Got appointment 12/1 to drop off RW 427. Motorhome specialist south of fort worth tx to do repairs. Their guess at time is 6-8 weeks. Have unloaded everything from trailer and will deliver there Saturday and then set back and wait for my home to be returned to me.😤

Going to need service tech. Does anyone have first hand knowledge of a good one in southeast Texas?

four months old. Have crack in side above livening room slide front corner Also kitchen floor squeaks with every step you take and feels soft. Has anyone else have these problems. Live in full time. Does anyone know how long these would take to fix.

Picked up the new RW 427 on 2/20/18. Did a three hour PDI and found only two very small issues, the first was a miss fitting screen in garage,a dead battery in smoke detector and screen door slide had gotten pushed past the stop. All very minor issues and fixed on the spot. Stayed over night...

It is time to pick up new 427 2/20/18. Now if I can sleep tonight we will check it out!

Thank you for the information. Still waiting for that call to take delivery. I read the email every day that it should be any day now. The dealer we bought from will have us stay overnight also. Will be trying everything out, hope I don't keep the fellow campers up all night. Lol

About to pick up new 427. Are there any issues that show up more often then others or show them selfs soon after. I have the shock list but looking for areas for special attention.
