New Member: Pop-Up camper since 2000, Researching under 40' Toy Hauler for pa... I've had two issues. The first was that the large bundle of wires that moves out with the slide got caught behind a bracket and grounded out the running lights on my coach. The technician rerouted them and then...

Re: New Memeber: Pop-Up camper since 2000, Researching under 40' Toy Hauler for past 2 months The TV is so large, that it's fairly easy to see. The only real bad spot is on the ODS love seat next to the walkthrough door to the garage, which happens to be the reclining section of that sofa...

    new rig quesitons

I have a RW 355 and hboy1 is on the money. The switch in the UDC is for the water pump to help when winterizing. The inside, three position switch is to toggle between the bedroom and living room air conditioners.

    Charlottesville Virginia

We really like Misty Mounting Camping Resort http://www.mistymountaincampresort.com/. You'll see on the campground map that there are two sections. With a big rig, make sure that you can reserve at the "bottom" section near the store and pool. There is a large hill to climb to get to the...

    Breathable cover for Tow Vehicle

I also keep my truck in the driveway and covered. I've ordered covers from carscover.com for my last two trucks. They make covers that fit very well and are breathable and durable. I called their customer service department and got great information on the different materials and options that...

    Sway Control

Have you adjusted the angle of the hitch head? We had an Outback 32BHDS Travel Trailer and the E2 Friction Sway hitch setup. The hitch head setup used washers to adjust the angle of the head and the dealer installed 4 washers to begin with. I would get some sway when passing tractor trailers...

What do y'all do with your Golf Carts?

No golf carts allowed in Virginia State Parks, but we really enjoy ours at most all other campgrounds. We use it to haul all of the junk to the pool or beach, to enjoy a cruise with our friends around the campground or run the dog to the doggie park areas. It's definitely not a "need", but I...

Tire Pressure towing and not towing on TV

I have always lowered the rear tire pressure to match the front (55-60psi) during non-towing seasons. On my last truck (2008 GMC 2500HD), I sold it with 45k miles with the factory Bridgestone's having at least another year left on them with this method. I also rotated every 5000 miles. The...

Any RW 355 Owners Out There?

The bed in the master bedroom is a queen. The beds in the garage are larger than a king. We're actually on the hunt for sheets that will fit those massive beds now. You are correct in that the lower bunk converts to a dinette that will seat 6 folks easily and maybe more. When the dinette...

Any RW 355 Owners Out There?

I've only had mine a few weeks, but our second trip out we crossed the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. My truck felt very stable at highway speeds and had no issues with ascending or descending the mountains. The unloaded weight is well below the rating for my truck and the most I will be...

Here's a pic of my second Sierra Duramax/Allison. This one's a 2015.5 3500HD Denali, the first was a 2008 2500HD. Both have been fantastic tow vehicles for me.

Any RW 355 Owners Out There?

We just picked up our 2015 RW 355 a few weeks ago and we love it. We've done two quick shake down trips and she's back at the dealer for some punch list items. If you have one, has it been holding up well?
