I recently purchased my Cyclone HD 4200. The shower does not drain very fast. I wind up standing in soapy water. I cannot see if there is a clog or something in the drain, because I cannot get the drain plug out! Anyone have any suggestions? I'm getting frustrated!

I recently bought my 2015 Cyclone HD 4200. I then bought a Dish Tailgater for it. When I connected the coax to the satellite ports next to the cable tv port, neither satellite port would work. I had to run the coax thru the window to connect to the Dish box. How can I fix this?
