That’s exactly what a friend told me “ go buy a good bluetooth sound bar” [emoji849], and I tend to agree but that will be considered “non discrete use of funds” 🤣
Since we have a good system that we are not using, i’m just wondering about running the wires before making a hole in the ceiling...
I’m very tempted to installing a system in the MB. Call me crazy, but the TV volume just doesn’t do it, kinda want the full effect !
I have a good Sony system laying around and i’m really debating.
The main debate is “ NO WiRES”!!!
So, IF is doable to run the speaker’s wires thru the ceiling...
Does anyone knows where can anybody get more of that “corrugated plastic” that goes as the underbelly?
Thanks in advance

thanks lynn!
as a matter of fact, i had been looking at different set ups for a while. Found multiple double filters plus drinking water systems, but haven’t seen one with the softener installed like in the basement area.
If I had found one my question will be about the back flush and recharge...
Have a water softener and a “stick” carbon filter set up now and we are quite happy about it.
As summer is when we start our traveling season I foresee some frustration getting the softener and filter in and out very often [emoji848]
So I was thinking if any of you have a softener on board and...
For some unknown reason the pocket door in our unit will not cooperate in any way.
It’s in the “open” or “hidden” position, and will not slide to close it.
Looking with a flashlight we can’t see anything that can be causing an issue.
How in the world do we get to remove this door/tracks to...
Just very curious here
https://shurhold.com/buff-magic/
The website states that is a metal polisher...I thought that Gel coats and metals were totally different breeds when it comes to polishing.
The main reason why I'm asking is because we also have an Airstream 70s and we use...
well, I was going thru all the detailing products I have and found this!!
will definitely give it a try....any experienced user’s advice?

Looking into the rejex and according to their website:
“ RejeX SHOULD NOT be used on porous surfaces, highly textured surfaces (such as the plastic/rubber trim on some SUVs), oxidized painted surfaces or oxidized (chalky) gelcoat/fiberglass. If a painted / gelcoat surface is worn/oxidized...
thanks for the response!
Actually the trailer looks very good and most people find hard to believe that is a 2005.
We are full timers so I wash the unit with Meguiars Ultimate wash once a month and that helps a lot.
The sides have the gloss and not a deep mirror like new one. applying wax...
I had been trying several waxes in small areas.
They all give some clean and gloss finish but Im not quite impress with the results.
Not really afraid of spending time or elbow grease, I'm more focus on giving the RV a very deep high gloss finish.
Not sure is there is such a thing as a "magic...
Well, this idea is actually not mine. As you I was at a RV repair facility and just mentioned to the owner and he actually told me and show about 5 units with the same problem and then showed me some new heartlands. The new units come already with this trim in place.
He described the process...
Well when we got the trailer there was a stress crack in the fiber glass right by the slide in the MB.
After a ton of research and talking to rv dealers, and rv reparis shops, found that its a very common point and a know issue. To the point that the new RV come with this mod already.
So here is...
Well our 2way dometic decided to cease to exist yesterday. The fragrance of ammonia is really unmistakable unique.
Since we are full timers we are forced to make a fast decision about this and will like your input.
We have pretty much 3 options:
1) New 2 way refrigerator - $1200
2) Replacing...
Dave,
Don't mean to hijack the thread but will this apply to the 05 LandMark, 1 by one the lights have gone out at the bedroom.
They are super tight that I'm afraid to break them
Thanks Dave,
Here are some pics of what we have.
The FF is in the Kitchen Island and the other 2 are on the wall by the pantry. My apologies if I'm totally confused, but since I'm battling a bad cold...I'm literately brainless..
Never used the furnace and I was under the impression that the furnace has its own thermostat that is next to the Ac one. Where could I look for that control box?
When I opened the AC to do the vent mod for better airflow i found all kind of weird wire and plugs ( like phone lan lines) and the...
We actually stayed only for a day in that campground. and after that is when the problems started. No other issues. Just the fact that the AC "hmmmm" noise when trying to turn off. Before spending $100 in a thermostat that may not be the issue, any ideas about how to troubleshoot this?
Well,
It all started when we evacuated from Irma. Being fulltimers not much "storm experience" decided that perhaps it isn't very wise to try to figure out how much wind it takes to flip a 5er, so we cowardly ran.
Anyways, at the SC campground apparently something was going on on their...
Jim,
that's precisely the point. I can tell that from the inside the slide is not fully open. The seals are not being compressed. there is a few inches of a gap that the slide should open.
But apparently the hydraulic actuator or piston is fully extended. Si is there a way to adjust this? But...
Doug,
just a quick question here: The slide opens 18 inches max, and is perfectly aligned ( both sides are 18 inches ).
Based on the "good alignment": wouldn't removing the pin to turn the shaft be moving only one side of the slide (where the fridge is) and therefore causing an alignment issue...
After playing a lot with the "adjustment" I believe that we are finally there.
BUT: It doesn't seem like the slide is fully open. Looks like it can go may be a few more inches, but that might be an optical illusion.
The slide opens exactly 18 inches, is that the "oficial number"?, checked the...
thank you very much for the guidance.
For few moments I thought I was really running out of options and that had to call someone or take it somewhere.
did a lot of digging based on your advice and it was indeed a pin that I replaced with a grade 8 screw and a lock nut I had handy. Should I look...
Hi everyone,
came back from a trip and parked the Rv. Trying to open the slides, Noticed that the kitchen ( Roadside ) started to open unevenly: The part closer to the end was getting open and the part towards the front started to " stay behind".
Tried to "push" the slide out while my wife was...
