They used a cast aluminum from what I can tell, not sturdy enough for the weight of a residential fridge, and once that roller is compromised it puts excessive stress on the other two rollers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Okay update: Warrantee is holding fast on their decision to not cover our rollers. However the dealership alleges that they are going to pick up the repairs. I am not going to count on that until the repairs are actually started. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
