You definitely should get your axle weights computed, especially your rear axle rating. That one is pretty important, at least in my mind. John

After going through my new docs for the 2009 North Trail 28BH 5ver, I came across the info for the owners club and forum. So, it appears to be in the manuals for the new trailers.

Okay, so my 28BH sounds like it has the opposite setup. I have a single drain on the off door side, and so I assume then that this must be directly under the fresh water tank. My door side has the two drains, so those must be the low point drains. Thanks for the info!

We finally got our baby home! Definitely takes up a lot of space in our driveway, but are loving it. Can't wait to take it out and "break" it in. Haven't seen any posts from any North Trail 5vers yet. Hope there are more out there!

Hi, When you say "door" side, do you mean the driver's door side? The door side of the RV has two drains, while the slide side (driver's) has only one. John Admin: Door Side of the RV (vs. Off Door Side) :)

Hi, I was just wondering where, exactly, is the location of the fresh water tank in my 28BH 5ver. Is it accessible from inside the rv or not? Is it below the freshwater drain on the port side of the rv? Also, what are the two drains on the starboard side underneath (one red and one blue)? John

The only thing that might be better is if it was concealed with something? I was wondering how you bolted it in so that nobody could just take out the whole safe and walk away with it. Cool idea, though. Never thought of that!

Not Even Home Yet! We were long time tent campers before buying a Keystone Passport last August (I guess I was getting tired of waking up with a sore back). After buying it, we turned around and traded in our Honda Pilot for a Tundra Crew Max pickup. Camped in our TT 3-4 times before storing it...

Congratulations! We also are the proud new owners of a Heartland North Trail RV. We traded in our Keystone Passport Ultralite and got the 2009 model year 28BH 5th wheel. Can't wait to take it camping!
