Noticed that the undercount sink was falling down in front. After review, no clamps to hold the sink in the front. Here's my repair. I added three L brackets to the front and recaucked. Hope this helps someone.

Your not overreacting, but not uncommon for any RV manufactor. Heartland will stand behind you, and make sure it's fixed. Sounds like you like your dealer. Make sure to check in often with them for updates on approvals from Heartland and duration of repairs. Work the bugs out, and make some...

Sounds like your looking at Anna Helene's Road Warrior. As others have responded, you can add the heat pads yourself.

With freezing temps lasting multiple days, who's responsible for making sure our trailer is protected from freezing while in for warranty work. It has been at the dealer since December 2nd. It's a little late to ask now, but figured y'all have asked, or want to know. Anyone have an answer?

Ok. Junction box wiring back to trailer..... How do I know which wires go where on my new "Jerrod Made" junction box? Do I need to test each wire coming from the trailer to determine what it operates?

Installed my new Reese 30156 adaptor yesterday. Traded in the "Red Rocket" for a 2012 F350 King Ranch with other towing goodies.47k miles. Ordered the adaptor from Amazon. Had some assembly, and had to lower my hitch. Still fits under my Roll & Lock. Headed out tomorrow for a short trip.

I don't think we will ever hear about the true cause of some staining issues. It would open up Pandora's box. But more than two or three ac were replaced because of this staining. Condensation staining is normal and can be washed off. The staining on my roof couldn't be washed away. Not as easy...
