Top bunk removal in Mallard M 26

I have an M29 with same basic bunk set up, I have pulled the wafer board under the mattress and it looks to be a simple wood frame that should come out easily. I don't think it adds any structural support. I bet you could easily modify it to pop in and out in case you want to use it again or if...

Looking at purchasing a Mallard M27

Hello, I have a 2017 M29 so not same exact model but built the same, so far we love it and after shopping around, it is for sure the best bang for the buck! Love the full laminated walls floor and roof, (although we have it in for warranty service right now for leaky bunk windows. But after...

ATF: Mallard - Blackwater Flush - Procedure vs Leaking

I have an M29 but I think the black tank flush connection is in the same location or the same type. Mine is on the right side of the of the coach opposite the tank valves. I am not sure what it looks like but I would think to look at the plumbing that connects the flush port to the black tank...

Looking at buying a Mallard M29`

I picked up a 2017 M29 and I had choice of 3 units at my dealer, I passed on one for that reason, the main entry screen door had the same problem you described. The unit I bought is good and the doors line up fine but the screen door latches seem flimsy but do the job...so far!

    Stabilization

I just picked up a Mallard M29 last month and I noticed a bit more shaking than I cared for with the power stabs down, I ended up adding a good 2" block of wood under each stab and picked up a set of slide room stabilizers for under each corner of the slide with a nice flat block of wood between...

    Ladder for Bunkhouse Mallard M29

There really needs to be a ladder added to the bunkhouse on the M29, not an easy climb for sleepy 9yr old. There are no hand holds either, my kid can climb like a monkey but with not place to grab and smooth walls it's a bit of a challenge. I will have to add one myself that does not block the...

New 2017 Heartland Mallard M29 owner

Just picked up a factory fresh Mallard M29, so fresh it does not have the front cap LEDs that have been recalled on some Heartland RVs. Happy with it so far and feels like it has a good solid build and features for the $. I will be doing some mods and will post what and how as I do them as well...
