We have a brand new 2017 Heartland Mallard M28. It has led awning lights. We have only camped 3 times and a small section of the lights are black. The rest work. Anyone else had this problem. We bought it at Camping World Chattanooga, TN...have heard bad things about service dept. About to find...

It was hooked up to the truck and in route on interstate to campground. The brake lights and blinkers work just not runn8ngvlights.

We have only camped 3 times in our new Mallard. When riding behind my husband pulling it near dark I noticed none of the running lights are working and when we opened the awning, about 5 inche section of LED lights are black???

Thanks for the info. I'm real curious as to whether ours will have some type if support to actually mount the TV wall mount to. It's just a thin board now??? I do know it is way cheaper to buy mounts online. I'm a frugal girl...lol!

We just purchased the M28 and have not picked up yet. It has basicallybthe same floor plan minus the bunks. What type mount did you buy. The panel is thin and we didn't see a way to mount it, but it has to be possible. Making a list of things to ask The dealer. Thanks in advance for Info!
